Vítek &
Mrázek provides legal services in all the main areas of law. Whilst the
law firm focuses on these practice areas our lawyers are also able to advise

Vítek & Mrázek has a great deal of experience in the field of international
commercial law, including distributor agreements, agency contracts, forwarding
contracts, contracts with foreign partners and also litigation at foreign courts
and international arbitration. We highlight as particularly important our work
on distribution and dealership, especially in connection with competition
law. For Czech exporters we deal with distribution and other sales arrangements
abroad. We are also engaged in domestic distribution, mainly in the sphere of
food and machinery industries. The firm has built up a strong reputation in
the area of distribution and service of cars, where we cooperate closely
with the Association of Car Importers. By not only advising on individual transactions
for our clients, but also being active members of the Czech Competition Law
Association, we maintain our expertise in this area. An increasingly important
area of our practice is our real estate group, in particular its work
in property development and management. Our employment law practice provides
a full range of services, in particular working in the area of redundancy, labour
relations and remuneration of damages.

Legal services performed
Legal services include complex legal attention to and protection of client's interests, holding legal consultations, preparing and drafting contractual documents, drawing-up legal documents and submitting and processing these, maintaining company and statutory documents. Whenever required, Vítek & Mrázek represents clients at courts of justice at all levels of hearing, arbitration courts, and at hearings of other bodies, institutions and organisations, including assistance in clients' global affairs.
