Associated Law Office - Vítek & Mrázek

Dalibor Vítek graduated from the Law School of Charles University in Prague and from Faculty of International Trade of the University of Economics in Prague. He became an attorney in 1994. Mr. Vítek has gained rich experience in the field of legal problems connected with international business activities during his long-term service with one of the largest international business organizations. He has represented clients in courts of justice as well as arbitration courts both at home and abroad, and has participated in the legal preparation of many complex international projects. He has held many top positions in trading and investment companies. He is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic in Prague and an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the Czech and Moravian Commodity Stock Exchange of Kladno.

Petr Mrazek graduated from the Law School of Charles University in Prague in 1986, after which he was engaged in the field of international business law. He became an attorney in 1994. In 1991 he participated in the UK CELS programme organised by the Queen Mary and Westfield College in London. Within the framework of this programme he attended LLM courses, covering international trade law, EC law, international taxes and company law. At the same time, he also served a short-term attachment at the renowned law firm, Freshfields. Mr. Mrázek has applied the knowledge gained in his further legal practice, particularly in representing clients both at home and abroad. Mr. Mrázek is a member of the Board of the Czech Bar Association, a member of the Czech Competition Law Association, giving lectures on international commercial law at the School of Applied Law in Prague and is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Czech and Moravian Commodity Stock Exchange of Kladno and country expert of The International Distribution Institute Association for the Czech Republic.

Svatopluk Herzán, attorney, has been with the Law Office ever since its foundation. He specialises mainly in civil and commercial law, company law, foundation of companies, contractual field, recovery of debts, enforcements, insolvency proceedings and representation in court.

Josef Láska, attorney, has been with the Law Office ever since its foundation. He specialises mainly in civil and commercial law, company law, recovery of debts, enforcements, insolvency proceedings in the Czech Republic as well as in Poland, the issues connected with placing of public tenders, administrative and employment law, and representation in both civil and arbitration courts.

Helena Mertová, attorney, has been with the Law Office ever since its foundation. She specialises in the contractual field and assistance to commercial companies, employment law, litigation, and representation in court.

Vanda Beringerová, attorney, specialises in the civil litigation, commercial law, company law including the incorporation of companies, law of contracts, and competition law.

Attorney, graduated from the Law School of Charles University in Prague in 2006 and has been with the Law Office since January 2006. In year 2008 and 2009 completed Master Programme (LL.M) in International Commercial Law on University of Kent – Law School in Great Britain. Within the framework of this programme he attended LL.M courses covering international trade law, EC law, banking law, competition law and law of international commercial arbitration. David specialises on company and commercial law, real estate, commercial disputes, insolvency law and competition law.
