About us
The Associated law office Vítek & Mrázek (Vítek & Mrázek) is a law firm with a team of lawyers who specialise and practise in the most commercially important fields of law. It provides legal services to important entrepreneurial entities, both local and foreign, but also to individuals.
Vítek & Mrázek was founded by Dalibor Vítek and Petr Mrázek following
their strong long term working relationship. The law office launched its activities
on 1st May 1994 at the Motokov Palace. With the number of clients and amount
of services offered increasing greatly, the firm moved to its present address
at Pod Klaudiánkou 4a, 147 00 Prague 4.
The law firm prides
itself on rendering services with expert care both quickly and efficiently.
As the firm has strong long term relationships with law firms in the majority
of important world jurisdictions, it is able to provide high standard services
for its clients' international activities. As a member of The
